Ferroelectric properties of some complex tungsten bronze niobates
Ferroelectric materials have found large scale use in sensors and other devices. There has been constant attempt by the researchers around the world to enhance the physical properties of these materials for various applications. Tungsten bronze ferroelectric ceramics provide a large scope of substitution and hence can be modified for various applications. In this endeavor, the present work stresses on the ferroelectric properties of some complex tungsten bronze materials. There has been very little research work done on such complex materials. These materials show very good pyroelectric properties and thus can be used in pyroelectric sensors.
